Community Connections is a free program in Northern Michigan that provides assistance connecting adults, children, and families to the resources they need including food and food supports. Women, Infant & Children (WIC) – Grand Traverse

The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program is a supplemental food and nutrition education program to help families lead healthy lives. Provided by the Grand Traverse County Health Department, eligible families with children up to the age of five can receive personalized nutrition plans, breastfeeding support, referrals to healthcare providers, education, support, and resources, and healthy foods.
