Healthy Futures is a nurse-led, free family support program that provides families with access to community services, resources, and information. The program enhances the health of expecting parents and their families after childbirth. Our Grand Traverse County Health Department team collaborates with Munson Healthcare and other healthcare providers to assist you throughout your pregnancy’s journey, postpartum care, and support for the newborn baby, including feeding and nurturing.
